Lake Washington Singers is dedicated to providing scholarships to high school vocal students. Each spring the group selects finalists from a pool of applicants. The winner of the competition receives a monetary award and the opportunity to perform during our spring concert.

Johannah Chamberlain, scholarship winner for 1997. Johannah graduated from Lake Washington High School in 1997. She sang in the Seattle Girls' Choir for seven years, performed with Seattle Symphony, sang at the ACDA convention and recorded two CDs. She has been accepted in the music department of Central Washington State University.
